This website is owned and operated by TEXSTAR B&L Enterprise & Associates, LLC, doing business as TruTarp® (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

TruTarp® products are designed to assist with flatbed tarp deployment and load covering.

We reserve the right to:

Modify product designs
Update specifications
Improve components
Change pricing without prior notice

Images on the website may differ slightly from final production models.

3. Assumption of Risk

Flatbed tarping involves inherent risks.

By purchasing or using TruTarp® products, you acknowledge:

You are responsible for proper installation and use
You assume all risks associated with improper use
You will follow all safety instructions provided

The product is intended as a safety enhancement tool but does not eliminate all risk associated with load securement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TEXSTAR B&L Enterprise & Associates, LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits or business interruption
Injuries resulting from misuse or improper installation
Damages resulting from failure to follow instructions

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all implied warranties, including:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement

Any written warranty provided with the product governs over this section.

Product designs

Branding
Images

TruTarp® may be protected under pending or issued patents.

7. Orders, Payments & Pricing

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders
Correct pricing errors
Limit quantities

Payment must be received before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays.

9. Returns & Refunds

Return policies will be outlined separately on our Returns Policy page.

All returned products must:

Be unused
Be in original condition
Include all components

Restocking fees may apply.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TEXSTAR B&L Enterprise & Associates, LLC from any claims, damages, or legal expenses resulting from:

Misuse of the product
Improper installation
Violation of these Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

Returns & Refunds Policy

TruTarp® products are engineered for durability, safety, and professional flatbed use. We stand behind the quality of our equipment while maintaining clear guidelines for returns and refunds.

This policy applies to all purchases made directly from TEXSTAR B&L Enterprise & Associates, LLC (DBA TruTarp®).

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date, provided that:

The product is unused and uninstalled
The product is in original condition
All components, hardware, manuals, and packaging are included
The product shows no signs of wear, modification, or damage

Products that have been installed, modified, altered, or used in the field are not eligible for return unless defective under warranty.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Custom or modified orders
Special fleet bulk orders (unless defective)
Clearance or final sale items
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

3. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-approved.

To request a return:

Include your order number
Provide reason for return
Include photos (if applicable)

Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

4. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection, processing, and repackaging costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product arrived damaged
The wrong product was shipped
The item is confirmed defective under warranty

We recommend insured and trackable shipping methods.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 5 business days of delivery
Provide photos of the packaging and product
Do not install the product

If confirmed defective, we will:

Replace the product, or
Repair the product, or
Issue a refund at our discretion

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions

8. Warranty Claims vs. Returns

Returns are not the same as warranty claims.

Products that have been installed and later experience issues may fall under our Limited Manufacturer Warranty, not this return policy.

Warranty terms are outlined separately.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

Once shipped, orders are subject to the return policy above.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins.
